How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends. 

 

*Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery. 

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Do you ship to P.O. Box Address?

No, we currently do not ship to P.O. Box Address.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii and Alaska.

How do I return an item?

Submit a return request here.

Provide invoice number # and reasoning of return.

What are the Return and Refund Policy?

Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at shoptyduss discretion. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

Please report discrepancies within 14 days upon receipt of your order via our contact us form.

What are the cost for return shipping? What return method should I use?

Return with prepaid shipping label

Request for return with prepaid shipping label here. Upon receipt return slip and prepaid shipping label, affix the printed prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any United States Postal Service or FedEx location whichever applicable.

 

Note: $12 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Returns on your own

To return items by mail using a carrier of your choice, please contact us here. Provide invoice number # and reasoning of return. Request for return on your own and a return packing slip. Repack the items including all original packages and tags, and ship them back at your own expense, make sure the shipment is trackable. 

 

Note: shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

* We do not accept responsibility and liability for any item(s) that were damaged in transit during the return process, please ensure that the packaging and method of delivery are secure. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.
